Capital Area United Way is hosting the annual Women Empowering Women event, this March 7th 2024 at BREC's Milton J. Womack Park located at 6201 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70806. This event is made possible through our Women United affinity group, made up of community leaders who contribute their personal passions, ideas, and strengths to build stronger communities through the mission of CAUW.

This event is intended to empower women in ALICE through job-readiness workshops, breakout sessions, group discussions, cooking demonstrations, a dressing for success style show, as well as access to a local community resource fair where they can find local community resources as well as potential job opportunities!
