Women Empowering Women | Capital Area UW

Please join Women United, an affinity group of Capital Area United Way, for Women Empowering Women on Thursday, March 7th from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at BREC's Milton J. Womack Park, located at 6201 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70806.

Check-in for the event starts at 8:30 a.m.

This event is FREE and intended for women who are seeking job skills.

The event will feature breakout sessions including job searching, applying for jobs, resume building, and interview skills both in-person and virtual. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit our resource fair, receive complimentary breakfast and lunch, and at the completion of the event will receive fresh produce, gift cards and more.

There will be no childcare program available at this event. Please prepare accordingly!
