Capital Area United Way is proud to offer a dollar‑for‑dollar match on all gifts to the Community Relief Fund through March 31. Every donation made during this time will go twice as far to support essential workers and families across our ten‑parish region.

Across the Capital Area, essential workers are facing growing financial pressure as the cost of food, housing, transportation, and other basic needs continues to rise. The Community Relief Fund provides immediate support for neighbors experiencing hardship, including essential workers impacted by recent budget challenges, such as TSA personnel.

From emergency assistance and essential supplies to food support and basic necessities, the Community Relief Fund is designed to respond quickly and fill critical gaps when stability is needed most.

Your gift also strengthens 211, Capital Area United Way’s free and confidential helpline that connects individuals and families to food, shelter, financial assistance, and vital community resources in their most vulnerable moments.

When we unite to give, we help create stability today and a path forward for tomorrow.

Donate now and double your impact through March 31.

In Times of Uncertainty, Community Matters

When unexpected challenges arise, more essential workers and families across our region are finding it harder to make ends meet. Through the Community Relief Fund, Capital Area United Way is stepping up to provide direct assistance and essential support to help neighbors remain housed, fed, and connected.

Together with our partners, we are helping local essential workers and families access:

  • Emergency support for housing, utilities, and transportation
  • Food assistance through gift cards and non‑perishable food items
  • Connections to critical services through 211

Every dollar stays local and makes an immediate difference for our community.

Give today. Share the message. Stand with essential workers.

Together, we can ensure no one faces hardship alone.
