Each day, women across our 10-parish service area lead with courage, compassion, and commitment to strengthen families, organizations, and neighborhoods.
The Celebrate the Power of Women Awards Luncheon honors women whose leadership and service reflect the values of Capital Area United Way and our affinity groups. By recognizing women across generations and sectors, we celebrate not only individual achievement, but the collective strength that drives meaningful, lasting change in our community.
Intergenerational leadership and collaboration are essential to sustaining progress. Each generation brings unique perspectives, experiences, and insights that enrich our work and expand our impact.
