Hello! Thank you for Leading the Way with us at Capital Area United Way (CAUW) and representing your organization as an Employee Campaign Coordinator (ECC).


Whether it's your first time as an ECC or you have multiple years of experience under your belt, ECC Training is an opportunity to understand the ins and outs of leading a United Way campaign at your respective workplace. In addition to becoming more knowledgeable about the CAUW mission and the importance of advocacy for the ALICE population, you can hear more from other ECCs around the 10-Parish area and how they utilize creative strategies to develop a successful CAUW campaign.

Below, you can select a date to attend one of our ECC Training programs. Note that we have in-person and virtual options for your convenience, although these vary by date. We also have a few hybrid sessions that will accommodate both options.
