In partnership with Capital Area United Way, the Brotherhood Sisterhood Awards aim to honor those individuals in our community who have, over their lives, worked toward the elimination of bias, bigotry, and racism across ethic, gender, and religious lines.
After they have bestowed decades of dedication to the Brotherhood Sisterhood mission, the Brotherhood Sisterhood comittee, along with entire board staff of Capital Area United Way, is proud to honor Gwen Hamilton and Randy Nichols as the 2017 Brotherhood Sisterhood Honorees.
Recognized for actively serving the community, leading and inspiring others, breaking personal barriers, and leading exemplary lives, all towards this goal of equality and togetherness, Gwen and Randy have been the strength behind the curtains, keeping the legacy of Brotherhood Sisterhood alive. Now, more than ever, we need this award and awareness to assist in reducing the prejudices in our community.
