Our keynote speaker, Deshauna Barber-Echols is a nationally recognized motivational speaker, U.S. Army veteran, and former Miss USA whose journey embodies resilience, leadership, and service. From serving as an Army officer to representing women across the nation on the Miss USA stage, Deshauna brings a powerful voice to conversations around purpose, perseverance, and the impact women have when they lead with conviction.
At the 2026 Celebrate the Power of Women Awards Luncheon, she will inspire attendees to reflect on the strength of women across generations and the role each of us plays in building stronger, more equitable communities.
